If you have something in the picture you’d like removed, or the photo needs brightening or if you have any other basic editing required, let us know and will do this free of charge!
Before We Print:
If you choose to personalise your picture, you will receive a digital preview to check over the word placement 1-2 days after ordering via email. Please check your junk folder and keep a look out for our email to prevent any delays processing your order.

Delivery and Shipping:
For UK customers delivery is approx 7-10 days and for international customers delivery is approx 14-21 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch first.
Refunds and Returns:
Canvas prints that are custom made and personalised, are not eligible for returns. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it please get in touch with us immediately, we will be more than happy to help and resolve any issues.
