Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. To qualify, it must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Contact us to start the process.

What Can't Be Returned?

Some items can't be returned, including custom orders, personalised items, sale items and gift cards. If you're unsure, just ask.

Damages & Issues

Check your order carefully and contact us straight away if there's a problem, we’ll sort it out.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange is to return the item and buy the new one separately. Contact us if you need help. Personalised items are not eligible for exchange. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
