Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless your item is faulty or you’ve been sent the wrong product. In this case we will offer an exchange.

An exchange can only be offered if the item is unused and in the original condition it arrived in. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the shoes provided by Nike and Converse etc, we simply supply the crystal work with the shoes.

If you experience an issue with your order, please get in touch with us immediately to discuss. You must contact us within 2 working days of receiving your product for a claim to be valid.
