Please ensure you upload high quality images if you are purchasing a photo image canvas. Poor quality images can affect the print quality. If you need any further guidance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

IMPORTANT: If you send a square shaped photo, we will print your image on to a square frame canvas of the equivalent size and value. This is because square shaped images cannot fit the rectangle frame. It is best to provide a rectangle photo where possible as we are able to fit this on to both rectangle and square frames. 

In the personalised box section of the order form, you should include all information required for your canvas design such as, personalisation; words, dates, colours, shapes etc. You should also upload any images required for your design. If you do not provide all relevant requested information, this can cause delays with your order. All canvases come with full glitter coverage, if you would prefer no glitter, just let us know in the notes section. Crystals cost extra and vary upon design. 

For personalised designs that include text, you will be sent a digital preview before printing and sparkling, this is to ensure you are 100% happy with the layout and design. Once you approve the design, you cannot make any further amendments. So please be sure you check this over thoroughly and let us know right away if you’d like us to change anything.
